总是把KEANE和酷玩相提并论的时期似乎已经逐渐淡化，可能有天终将会成烟消散，事实上KEANE用不着被如此地比较着再被加诸炒作之嫌，他们的音乐一样已经深入人心。TOM的声音很独特，不同于西方很多歌手的浓烈明显的沙哑温柔，他的声音很高很远又可以很低很深，如同天空又像隧道，随心所欲上天入地地穿行。而在更早之前听酷玩的降落伞时却并未喜欢上他们。可能是时机不对，可能酷玩的风格某处并没有对上自己的口味，终究没成为自己的那盘菜。

LINKIN PARK也会唱温柔的歌，听了很长的时间才喜欢上IN BETWEEN，最喜欢Between my pride and my promise/Between my lies and how the truth gets in the way这两句。没有到高潮，渐变得正好，有一年他们在万人的广场唱得很喧嚣，回想起来笑，大叔们曾经都很年轻，而现在他们依然年轻，一边喧嚣一边也柔和地唱成沧桑和回望。

这个时候离2001年已经很远了。
